Partnering with you in building a strong church
Magnified Ministries strengthens your church by helping you discern God’s vision, engage the next generation, and build a thriving culture of missionary discipleship rooted in research, prayer, and community.
OUR MISSION
Magnified Ministries is a Catholic initiative dedicated to empowering parishes and faith-based organizations with the tools and vision for renewal. Our mission is to deliver research-based resources, innovative strategies, and transformative training to church leaders and communities, especially those serving young adults. Rooted in the teachings of Christ and grounded in Catholic tradition, we respond to the evolving spiritual, social, and practical needs of today’s world. We believe the Church is not dying in a post-Christian era, but awakening to a pre-Christian mission field – a culture where many people have never encountered the Gospel and are “starting from zero” in faith. By connecting churches to share best practices, fostering inclusive leadership, and building environments of belonging, purpose, and spiritual growth, we seek to magnify the light of Christ in every individual and community we serve. Through this mission, we inspire hope, faith, and renewal across Catholic parishes, trusting that the Holy Spirit is leading a new generation into a living encounter with Jesus.

Magnified Ministries Podcast Ep. 1 "Why We Need Renewal Now"

OUR METHOD
Our approach to ministry is both innovative and grounded in proven practices. We guide church leaders to recognize the urgent opportunities of our time and equip them with practical steps to renew their communities. Key elements of our method include:
🧭 1. Research-Based Insights
-
We begin with data, not assumptions. Drawing on Pew, Barna, and Gallup research, we help leaders understand today’s faith landscape—from declining affiliation to new spiritual openness—so every strategy responds to real needs and opportunities.
🔥 2. Strategies for Engaging the Open Generation
-
Gen Z is not a “lost generation,” but an open generation. Over 77% of U.S. teens are curious about Jesus. We equip leaders to engage them through authentic relationships, mentorship, and leadership opportunities that spark passion and belonging.
💒 3. Help You to Focus on an Authentic Community & Belonging
Faith flourishes in community. We guide parishes to become homes, not institutions—places of radical hospitality where everyone feels known and loved. From Alpha to small groups, we help parishes build joyful, Christ-centered belonging.
📣 4. Faith Sharing & Evangelization Focus
We teach leaders to share the Gospel with authenticity. Through stories, social media, and service, we show how to make faith approachable and relevant. Evangelization begins with listening—meeting people’s hopes and struggles with the mercy of Christ.
🌱 5. Forming Missionary Disciples
Our ultimate goal is multiplication.
We accompany parishes that help people to transition from curiosity → commitment → mission.
Through leadership development, mentoring, and ministry opportunities, we help your team to form disciples who make disciples—creating parishes alive in the Holy Spirit and active in the world.
By integrating these elements – data-informed strategy, a heart for the next generation, radical hospitality, effective evangelization, and discipleship formation – our method helps parishes shift from maintenance to mission mode. We walk alongside church leaders from the first stirrings of vision through planning and implementation, always relying on prayer and the Holy Spirit. The outcome is a parish that not only welcomes the lost and the young but actively sends forth missionary disciples equipped to renew the Church and transform the world.
